Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, promote, manage and execute the library’s instruction program for students; transition program from Bibliographic Instruction to Information Literacy model.
- Manage instruction classroom, coordinating with Information Technology Department for upkeep and maintenance

Achievements:

- Created and led an Information Literacy Team of faculty and librarians; created outcomes and rubric for the library’s instruction program; researched assessment options.
- Designed a wiki to manage the library’s instruction program.
- Initiated virtual reference services through Instant Messaging services.
- Developed and managed ‘Late Night’ reference services during final weeks of semester.
- Built new subject guides and class portals through LibGuides publishing system.
